Products: Valpolicella wines, artisanal oil and Grappa
Red wines.
These traditional Veronese wines get their inimitable colours, flavours and aromas from the red berry grape varieties grown throughout the production area, which are processed using a unique drying method, found nowhere else in the world.
There are actually many native varieties of Valpolicella grape currently used and allowed by the production regulation. These include, among others the Oseleta, Negrara, Forselina, Dindarella or Pelara, Spigamonte and Turchetta varieties.
White wines.
Our white wines are Chardonnay Fermo IGT and Chardonnay Frizzante IGT.
They are made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from selected vineyards and are grown on well exposed alluvial soils, using a method of viticulture aimed at obtaining low yields.
Which foods go best with these wines? These wines are undoubtedly ideal as an aperitif and to accompany light appetizers, pasta dishes, white meats and fish.
